Bashman has been retained by clients to file amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the state appellate courts of Pennsylvania. He has also worked to recruit amicus briefs in cases where he represents one of the parties to the appeal.
